Johns Creek Pilates has been an excellent experience for me - the staff is kind, honest, insightful, experienced and fun! When I started with them I was suffering with lower back issues and leg injuries from years of soccer - they were able to craft a routine to first help my back then later adjust it to support my return to fitness so I can play the sport I love. I was seeking chiropractic care late this summer after a coast-to-coast move and several high-stress months leading to it. I suffered from back pain and stress symptoms, which prevented me from functioning properly and exercising the way I used to. After Dr Fanning's initial exams, we learned that the functionality of my central nervous system was highly compromised, causing all the symptoms I experienced. We agreed on a chiropractic program, which I supplemented with Pilates. Why didn't I start with this program earlier? Although Pilates was very humbling for me at first, it now after 2 months strengthened my core and my muscles. Susan really focuses on my needs and adjusted my exercise schedule accordingly. I am learning from her and my team mates. With what I learned during class, I can even do simple exercises daily at home to support the effort.
Pilates had been great! I am more aware of engaging my core and my posture. Every week I get new helpful hints to improve. Love love love it!
Johns Creek Pilates is fun and a great workout. The great instructors provide a fun, relaxed, positive environment. The Pilates equipment is wonderful.
Brooke and JCP are awesome! I have done everything from Slide Reebok to hot yoga and nothing works like pilates. Brooke makes the workout fun and effective. Highly recommended.
