I was seeking chiropractic care late this summer after a coast-to-coast move and several high-stress months leading to it. I suffered from back pain and stress symptoms, which prevented me from functioning properly and exercising the way I used to. After Dr Fanning's initial exams, we learned that the functionality of my central nervous system was highly compromised, causing all the symptoms I experienced. We agreed on a chiropractic program, which I supplemented with Pilates. Why didn't I start with this program earlier? Although Pilates was very humbling for me at first, it now after 2 months strengthened my core and my muscles. Susan really focuses on my needs and adjusted my exercise schedule accordingly. I am learning from her and my team mates. With what I learned during class, I can even do simple exercises daily at home to support the effort.
